After popular demand, the Herb Haygood Off Season Skills, non-profit organization will be offering one youth & one high school day camp during summer 2011.
We hope you can join us on the field to TRAIN HARD & PLAY HARD!

Details? This camp will be for youth just learning the skills needed to participate in football. It will focus on instruction for all positions and learning techniques. Each camper will be instructed in quickness and agility drills, flexibility, and proper running technique. CAMPER T-SHIRT & water bottle included in registration cost.

Details?This camp will specialize in instructing each camper in individual position drills, team performance, and will feature the 4th Quarter Program, which is a highly successful program designed to increase speed, agility and flexibility for all athletes.
